1.0 Terms

At HASNURI.COM, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. By accessing this website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

2.0 Making a Purchase

2.1 Orders that have been successfully paid for cannot be amended or combined. Please ensure that item details (colour, size, quantity) and address are accurate before completing payment.

2.2 Orders will be dispatched within:

• 3-5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia

• 7-10 working days for Sabah & Sarawak
  (Excludes weekends & public holidays) via PosLaju, J&T Express, or Ninja Van. Delivery time also depends on the efficiency of the courier service involved.

2.3 Once a Dispatch Confirmation is emailed, the parcel is under the responsibility of the courier service. HASNURI.COM will not be liable for lost parcels if proof of postage is provided. Customers are encouraged to contact the courier service for claims, and reasonable assistance will be provided.

2.4 For international orders, any customs or import duties must be borne by the recipient.

3.0 Payment

3.1 All payments must be made via methods specified on HASNURI.COM. Payments are considered complete only when funds are fully cleared.

3.2 Free shipping is not available for most locations in Malaysia. Shipping rates are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4.0 Exchanges/Returns

4.1 Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached for Store Credit (can only be used on Hasnuri.com and cannot be converted into cash or used in boutiques) only.

4.2 Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

4.3 Returns that do not comply with terms 4.1 and 4.2 will not be accepted.

4.4 Size exchanges are not allowed. Please refer to the size chart before purchase.

4.5 For items received in a faulty condition or incorrect order, we will bear the cost of return shipping. For other returns, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and subsequent shipping fees.

4.6 Sale items, headscarves, and accessories (e.g., belts, headbands, handbags, jewellery) are not eligible for returns.

4.7 There may be a +/- 1-inch difference in measurements. Items within this range will not be deemed defective.

4.8 Colour variance due to device display settings or lighting is not considered a valid reason for returns.

4.9 Items are not ironed before shipping; creases are not considered faults.

5.0 Privacy Policy

All personal information collected on HASNURI.COM will be handled in compliance with privacy laws. Your data will be used solely for order processing, communication, and marketing (with your consent). Your information will not be shared without permission unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

6.0 Contingency Clause

HASNURI.COM shall not be held responsible for any delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or logistical disruptions.

7.0 Amendments

HASNURI.COM reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service without prior notice. Changes will be updated on the website, and continued use of the site signifies acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any updates.

1.0 Terma

Di HASNURI.COM, kami komited untuk memberikan pengalaman membeli-belah yang lancar. Dengan mengakses laman web ini, anda dianggap telah membaca, memahami, dan bersetuju untuk mematuhi terma dan syarat ini.

2.0 Membuat Pembelian

2.1 Pesanan yang telah berjaya dibayar tidak boleh dipinda atau digabungkan. Pastikan butiran barang (warna, saiz, kuantiti) dan alamat adalah tepat sebelum membuat pembayaran.

2.2 Pesanan akan dihantar dalam tempoh berikut:

• 3-5 hari bekerja untuk Semenanjung Malaysia

• 7-10 hari bekerja untuk Sabah & Sarawak
  (Tidak termasuk Sabtu, Ahad, dan cuti umum) melalui PosLaju, J&T Express, atau Ninja Van. Masa penghantaran juga bergantung kepada kecekapan perkhidmatan kurier yang terlibat.

2.3 Sebaik sahaja pengesahan penghantaran dihantar melalui e-mel, tanggungjawab parcel beralih kepada perkhidmatan kurier. HASNURI.COM tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas kehilangan barang jika bukti penghantaran disediakan. Pelanggan digalakkan menghubungi perkhidmatan kurier untuk tuntutan, dan bantuan sewajarnya akan diberikan.

2.4 Untuk pesanan antarabangsa, semua cukai kastam atau import perlu ditanggung oleh penerima.

3.0 Pembayaran

3.1 Semua pembayaran mesti dibuat melalui kaedah yang dinyatakan di HASNURI.COM. Pembayaran hanya dianggap selesai setelah dana diterima sepenuhnya.

3.2 Penghantaran percuma tidak disediakan untuk kebanyakan lokasi di Malaysia. Kadar penghantaran tertakluk kepada perubahan, tetapi perubahan ini tidak akan menjejaskan pesanan yang telah disahkan.

4.0 Pertukaran/Pemulangan

4.1 Barang mesti dipulangkan dalam keadaan asal, belum dipakai, belum dicuci, dan tidak diubahsuai dengan semua tag masih terpasang untuk Store Credit (can only be used on Hasnuri.com and cannot be converted into cash or used in boutiques) sahaja.

4.2 Pemulangan mesti dibuat dalam tempoh 7 hari selepas menerima pesanan.

4.3 Pemulangan yang tidak mematuhi syarat 4.1 dan 4.2 tidak akan diterima.

4.4 Pertukaran saiz tidak dibenarkan. Sila rujuk carta saiz sebelum membuat pembelian.

4.5 Untuk barang yang diterima dalam keadaan rosak atau pesanan salah, kos penghantaran balik akan ditanggung oleh kami. Untuk pemulangan lain, pembeli bertanggungjawab ke atas kos penghantaran balik dan caj penghantaran semula.

4.6 Barang jualan, tudung, dan aksesori (contoh: tali pinggang, hiasan kepala, beg tangan, barang kemas) tidak layak untuk dipulangkan.

4.7 Terdapat kemungkinan perbezaan ukuran sebanyak +/- 1 inci. Barang dalam julat ini tidak dianggap cacat.

4.8 Variasi warna akibat tetapan paparan peranti atau pencahayaan tidak dianggap alasan sah untuk pemulangan.

4.9 Barang tidak digosok sebelum penghantaran; kesan lipatan bukan dianggap kecacatan.

5.0 Polisi Privasi

Semua maklumat peribadi yang dikumpulkan di HASNURI.COM akan dikendalikan mengikut undang-undang privasi. Sila rujuk Polisi Privasi untuk maklumat lanjut.

6.0 Klausa Situasi Luar Jangka

HASNURI.COM tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas kelewatan atau kerugian akibat keadaan di luar kawalan kami.

7.0 Pindaan

HASNURI.COM berhak untuk meminda Terma Perkhidmatan ini tanpa notis awal.
