1.1 At HASNURI.COM, we are committed to making your shopping easy and fuss-free. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase with us. Please ensure that you have acknowledged, understood and have agreed to abide and adhere to the following terms and conditions.
2.0 Making a purchase
2.1 At HASNURI.COM, we are not able to neither amend nor combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
2.2 We post all orders made before 3pm, Sunday – Friday on the same day via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries Sunday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).
2.3 We do ship worldwide as we have PayPal under iPay88 Payment Gateway and Billplz. All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Poslaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service that will take 3-5 days to deliver, signature will also be required.
2.4 Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
2.5 For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
3.1 All payments have to be made by means specified by HASNURI.COM. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
3.2 At HASNURI.COM, we NOT provide free shipping for our product to most of location in Malaysia via PosLaju. However, prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4.0 Exchanges/ Returns
4.1 All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only.
4.2 All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order.
4.3 All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (4.1 & 4.2) will not be accepted.
4.4 Size exchange for purchased item are NOT ALLOWED. Buyer shall ensure item size are correct by referring to size chart provided before making any purchase.
4.5 We bear the cost of shipping the item back to us & only applicable for item received by buyer in faulty condition or differ from design, colour, & size as stated in order data. Otherwise, buyer pays shipping charges to return the item back to HASNURI.COM & shipping charges to resend the exchange item back to them (if any).
4.6 Sale items, headscarves and accessories (belt, headbands, handbags, Jewellery) cannot be returned.
4.7 Please note that there may be a (+ –) 1 inch difference in given measurements. Items that vary within this range will not be accepted as defect.
4.8 Please note that there may be a variance in the colour of the item due to device display settings, camera settings, photoshoot location lighting and studio lighting. HASNURI.COM portrays all items as accurately as possible. Returns due to colour variances will not be accepted.
4.9 All items are not ironed before posted to customers. Creases on clothing are not deemed as faulty items.
4.10 All returns will be processed by the Returns Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
4.12 All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
5.0 Product Care
5.1 Buyers are advised to hand wash all items purchased from HASNURI.COM using mild detergent and cool water (unless otherwise stated on the product care page).
5.2 All items should not be dried under direct sunlight.
5.3 Buyers are advised to iron all items at low to medium heat. Items that are of chiffon, silk or satin material to be steam ironed or ironed with a piece of cloth between iron and item of clothing.
6.0 Usage of the site
6.1 HASNURI.COM may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content*** we deem will be of interest to our customers or visitors. This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to HASNURI.COM and by downloading or storing of this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.
6.2 Content extracted from HASNURI.COM are reserves the rights to pursue legal action against unauthorized usage of this Content.
